the folding lock.

The seat is defective or is incorrectly 
screwed onto the rollator.

The hinges on the folding mechanism 
or the folding lock are defective.

provide secure support or

The push handles are not fixed in

Check whether the clamping levers

unfolded and the folding lock has not 

been engaged. 

Fully unfold the rollator and engage 

the folding lock.
