FAQs
1. I canʼt mix the light color myself.
The light color has been set up when it was made, so you canʼt mix the
light color yourself.
2. The Bluetooth canʼt be connected.
a. Ensure the device has been turned on and it is on Bluetooth Mode.
b. Ensure the distance between the device and your mobile phone is
within 10 meters.
3. My SD card canʼt be read.
a. Ensure your SD card is no larger than 32 G.
b. Ensure songs stored in SD cared are MP3 files or MAV files.
4. The FM function doesnʼt work well.
Check if you are in places where the FM signals cannot be transmitted. If
possible, go empty spaces without shielding to search FM.
