Traction Battery Faults

51 BMS timeout Error
Shutdown Motor;
Blown Fuse Check fuses 12&21 in traction
battery fuse box.
52 BMS Over Current
Shutdown Motor;
Excessive load on vehicle Cycle KSI and reduce load
53 Traction Battery Over Temp
Shutdown Motor;
Vehicle is operating in an
extreme environment. Bring battery temperature below
55
o
C.
54 Traction Battery Critical
Discharge
Shutdown motor;
Battery SOC is below allowed
value. Recharge the battery
56 BMS in Charge Mode Charger is connected while KSI
is switched ON Disconnect Charger and Cycle KSI
57 Traction Battery Over Voltage
Shutdown Motor;
1. Battery charger fault.
2. Battery disconnected while
regen braking.
Cycle KSI
59 Traction Battery
Internal BMS Over Temp
Shutdown Motor;
Charge cycle was interrupted
during modules balancing at
final stage. Wait for a few minutes and cycle
KSI
61 Traction Battery
Low drive current limit
Reduced drive torque;
1. High or low temperatures.
2. Low SOC
If no other faults appear, check
SOC. If SOC is low, recharge the
battery.
65 Traction Battery Low SOC
Shutdown Motor;
Battery SOC is below allowed
value. Recharge the battery
