Electricity and heat
Before use, check that the mains
power supply voltage is the same
as the voltage indicated on the
appliance.
Regularly check the power cord for
damage.
Do not operate any appliance with
a damaged cord or plug or after
the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any
manner. Return appliance to
manufacturer or the nearest
authorized service agent for
examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
To remove the plug from the plug
socket, pull the plug. Do not pull
the power cord.
Make sure the power cord does not
come into contact with hot surfaces
or steam.
Always remove the plug from the
plug socket before you move the
appliance.
The machine should not be
operated by means of an external
timer-switch or by means of a
separate system with remote control.
If an extension cord is absolutely
necessary, a 10-ampere cord
should be used. Cords rated for
less amperage may overheat. Care
should be taken to arrange the
cord so that it cannot be pulled or
tripped over.
