8. Press the release button and

ip down the mixer head until it clicks into the motor
unit.
9. Make sure that the switch for adjusting the speed settings is in the
0
position before
you connect the device to the mains power in order not to switch the device on ac-
cidentally.
10. Set a suitable speed setting using the switch for adjusting the speed settings:
0
Off
1 - 3
Slow mixing, stirring and kneading
4 - 6
Fast mixing, stirring and kneading
11. To get even mixing, stirring and kneading, the bowl can be turned by hand and be
moved back and forth with the aid of the lever (on the front of the basic device).
12. To switch off the device, move the switch for adjusting the speed settings to position
0
.
Danger of injury! Always wait until the inserts have come to a complete
standstill before you set the mixer head.
13. Press the release button and attach the mixer head.
14. Remove the inserts by pressing the eject button on the top of the mixer head.
15. Rotate the mixing bowl anticlockwise towards the open lock symbol
(on the basic
device). Hold the turntable
fi
rmly as you do so. You can now remove the mixing bowl.
Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!

Pull the plug out of the plug socket before cleaning.
❐
Ensure that the appliance, the power cable or the plug does not fall into or get into
contact with water or other liquids.
❐
Clean the appliance immediately after every use in order to prevent germ formation.
❐
Do not use any etching or abrasive detergents for cleaning. They could damage the
surface.
1. Ensure that the appliance has been disconnected from the mains.
2. Remove the mixing bowl and the stirrers from the base unit.
3. Clean all used accessories and the mixing bowl with warm, clean water and some
detergent. Rinse all parts under running water or in the dishwasher.
4. Clean the base unit with a moist, soft cloth and dry with a soft cloth.
5. Allow to dry completely before assembling the appliance again and/or storing it in a
dry, clean place which is inaccessible for children.
