6.2 The phone asks for "Insert SIM card".
Check that the SIM card is in place.
6.3 There is no network.
There may be no GSM or 3G network coverage
6.4 I do not listen to others, but others do listen to
me.
Check headset volume is not disabled. To do this, make a
phone call and on the call, press several times the "+" button
on the volume key
7 THE PHONE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY
MICROSD CARD OR YOU CAN NOT READ
THE MUSIC, PHOTOS OR VIDEOS STORED
ON MY MICROSD CARD.
Corroborate that the card is placed in its proper location, and
that the Micro SD card.
7.1 The phone does not turn on.
If the phone is new and it has not been used properly to place
the battery properly.
If the phone has already been used, it worked perfectly and
now it does not turn on. Charge for 4 hours.
7.2 The SOS function is not activated.
