POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference
3. Make sure that the Crumb Tray is in place.
4. Plug the power cord into a 120V AC wall outlet. Operate the toaster once
or twice without bread on level 4 to burn off any residue left from the
manufacturing process.
