Protection Circuitry

High-Frequency Level Control
Push-in terminals and phone jacks (2 each) are all in-
ternally connected in parallel with each other.
When using an XLR connector, remove the jack panel
and fit the XLR connector in the resultant opening.
Adjust the tweeter's sound pressure level with this con-
trol, as necessary.
(F-605W, F-605G only)
These speaker systems have individual protection cir-
cuits that will protect the woofer & tweeter from over-
load. When the protection circuitry is activated, the
input power to the woofer will be automatically at-
tenuated by 15 dB and the tweeter will be discon-
nected.
When the output level of the woofer or tweeter sudden-
ly drops because the protection circuitry has been ac-
tivated, immediately turn down the amplifier volume and
wait until the circuitry automatically resets (from about
2 to 20 seconds).
Then you may resume using the speaker after adjusting
the volume to a lower level.
