DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED WARRANTY – NEW MOTORCYCLE
T N’G warrants to the first retail purchaser and subsequent purchasers of this vehicle that the
motorcycle is free from defects in materials ands workmanship for the period stated in “Warranty
Time Period”.
To Qualify For This Warranty

The vehicle must originally have been purchased from a dealer within the United States who
is authorized by CMSI Inc to sell CMSI products.
•
Prior to delivery to the purchaser, setup and pre-delivery service must be performed by a
dealer or service center who is authorized by CMSI Inc to deliver it vehicles.
Coverage begins
•
Original tire on motorcycle - date of delivery
•
Tire purchased as replacement - date of purchase
