Step 8: Attach base pad to the bottom of base.
Step 9: Repeat the same procedure for the other side.
Installation Instruction:
Step 1: Place the assembled cross bar set on top of vehicle roof then align bar, base
and hook to the appropriate position.
Step 2: Fully tighten one side of cross bar only, then tighten base screw after closing
the door.
Step 3: Mount the other side hook on edge of door and close it. Adjust base gently by
applying proper strength on top of the base* while holding cross bar.
*This is to let cross bar bear certain tension. (WARNING: DO NOT over tighten when
pushing the base top to prevent damage)
Finally, tighten the hook screw.
Step 4: Repeat the same installation procedure for the second set.
