IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electric product, basic precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
Read all instructions before using this product.
1. Voltage supply must be in compliance with that on the nameplate.
2. The kettle can only be connected with AC supply and the socket should be groun-
ded.
3. Never pull out the plug by drawing the wire.
4. Make sure not to hang power wire by the table or contact high-temperatyre objects.
5. Make sure not to put the kettle near heat sources, such as cooker or oven, etc.
6. Never put the kettle or base in damp place or soak in water. Do not to touch the
kettle with wet hand.
7. For any maldunctions or damages, send it to authorized service station for mainte-
nance.
WARNING: Position the lid so that steam is directed away from the handle.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. The kettle can only be matched with our special power base.
2. Water capacity should be neither lower than minimum water level nor higher than
maximum water level.
3. Fit the kettle well on base before pressing "1" for boiling (Never press this button if
the kettle is empty).
4. Someone should look after the kettle during operation, make sure to keep it away
from children to avoid scalds.
5. Do not open the lid during operation as hot steam may hurt the user.
6. Keep children far away from boiling water.
7. Do not press "O" button immediately after boiled.
8. Never switch on an empty kettle.
9. Pull out the plug if no use.
10. This appliance is not intended for use by children and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction conceming use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
