BASIC TIPS
Ingredients:
Maximum 1000g bread flour, 700ml water (flour weight : water weight= 1 : 0.7)
Directions:
- Put the bread flour and remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Start the stirrer for 15 seconds at slow speed.
- If necessary, remove bowl lid for easier use.
- Continue to stir mixture for 10 minutes at fast to
maximum speed.

Directions:
- Put the strong white bread flour and then the remaining ingredients to the
mixing bowl.
- Start the stirrer for 15 seconds at slow speed.
- If necessary, remove bowl lid for easier use.
- Continue to stir mixture for 3 minutes at fast to
maximum speed.
