or when making adjustments. Keep them secure to avoid loss.

The sound values have been determined according to noise test code given 

in EN 50434, using the basic standards ISO 3744 and ISO 11094.

Wear hearing protection, especially when sound pressure is over 80 dB(A).

The noise figures quoted are emission levels and are not necessarily safe 

working  levels.  Factors  that  influence  the  actual  level  of  exposure  of 

work-force include the characteristics of the work room, the other sources of 

noise, etc. i.e. the number of machines and other adjacent processes, and the 

length  of  time  for  which  an  operator  is  exposed  to  the  noise.  Also  the 

permissible exposure level can vary from country. This information, however, 

will enable the user of the machine to make a better evaluation of the hazard 

and risk.

NOTE:

 The product is heavy, ask another person for assistance if 

required.

Unpack all parts and lay them on a flat, stable surface.

Remove all packing materials and shipping devices if applicable.

Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. If 

you find that parts are missing or show damage do not use the product but 

contact your dealer. Using an incomplete or damaged product represents a 

hazard to people and property.

Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed for assembly and 

operation. This also includes suitable personal protective equipment.

Align  the  holes  and  assemble 

the  feet  (9a)  and  bases  (9b) 

onto the frame (8).

Secure  the  connection  with 

bolts (9c) and nuts (9d) (Fig. 1).

Wheel assembly

Insert the bushings (10d) into the axle holes of the wheels(10a).

Align the holes and assemble the wheels (10a) onto the frame(8).

Secure  the  connection  with  bolts  (10c)  and  nuts  (10e)and  washers 

(10h)(Fig. 2).

Align the latches (10g) with the slots (10b) and attach the covers (10f) onto 

the wheels (10a). Ensure the latches snap in position (Fig. 3).

WARNING! 

The product must be fully assembled before operation! 

Do not use a product that is only partly assembled or assembled 

with damaged parts!

Follow the assembly instructions step-by-step and use the pictures 

provided as a visual guide to easily assemble the product!

Do not connect the product to power supply before it is completely 

assembled!
