ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1.
Attach the Left Gusset Plate (3) to the Upright Tube (1):
Attach the
Left Gusset Plate (3)
to the
Upright Tube (1)
using M
16x80 Hex Bolt (9), M16
Flat Washer (6), M16 Spring Washer (7)
, and
M16 Hex Nut (8)
. The order for assembly is
M16x80 Hex Bolt (9), M16 Flat Washer (6)
, then push the bolt through the
Left Gusset Plate
(3)
and
Upright Tube (1), M16 Spring Washer (7)
, and then place the
M16 Hex Nut (8)
onto
the end of the bolt. Tighten the
M16 Hex Nut (8)
until the
M16 Spring Washer (7)
is
compressed. Repeat this process for the remaining
Left Gusset Plate (3)
to
Upright Tube
(1)
attachment point.

Attach the Right Gusset Plate (4) to the Upright Tube (1):
Attach the
Right Gusset Plate (4)
to the
Upright Tube (1)
using M
16x80 Hex Bolt (9), M16
Flat Washer (6), M16 Spring Washer (7)
, and
M16 Hex Nut (8)
. The order for assembly is
M16x80 Hex Bolt (9), M16 Flat Washer (6)
, then push the bolt through the
Right Gusset
Plate (4)
and
Upright Tube (1), M16 Spring Washer (7)
, and then place the
M16 Hex Nut (8)
onto the end of the bolt. Tighten the
M16 Hex Nut (8)
until the
M16 Spring Washer (7)
is
compressed. Repeat this process for the remaining
Right Gusset Plate (4)
to
Upright Tube
(1)
attachment point.
