Instructions for new installations:
1)
Determine the layout prior to installation. Positions the deck lights, avoiding pedestrian areas, whilst bearing in
mind the cable lengths and distance from the driver to a power outlet.
2)
The driver should be in a position protected from adverse weather.
3)
Drill mounting holes in accordance with Figure 2.
4)
Run the cable to allow connection of deck lights.
5)
Pass the deck light flex through the hole and plug into a socket on the cable.
6)
Ensure the quick connect plug and sockets are positioned in a drainable area, or secured to the underside of the
deck if necessary.
7)
Fit the deck light into the hole ensuring it is recessed properly.
8)
Plug the driver into the power outlet and turn on to test.

CAUTION
Ensure that the electricity is disconnected before any installaton or maintenance is carried out. Allow 10 minutes for the deck
lights to cool down before handling.
There are no servable parts within this kit. Deck lights with cracked difusers or damaged power cords must be discarded.
Driver must be replaced with identcally rated driver.
Do not submerge any part of this kit in liquid.
Total watage(VA) of deck lights must not exceed the ratng of the driver.
Check for cables and other utlites before drilling mountng holes.
If in doubt consult a qualifed electrician
Avoid positon deck lights in pedestrian areas as they are hot to touch, extra cauton should be taken in areas where people
may walk with bare feet
