3.2- The battery
Your battery has a serial number.
It has been assembled in a special casing. Do not try to open the casing or to dismantle it.
Any breakage to the warranty label will automatically cancel the warranty
To remove the battery from its housing, it has to be unlocked with the key (see picture below ).
Important, when returning the battery please ensure that it is positioned correctly.
The battery has to be removed from its housing in the TilBike’s frame in order to recharge it.
For safe charging, the charger must firstly be connected to the battery and then plugged into the mains network (220V/50 Hz).
Check that the charger is functioning properly (see paragraph 3.1).
