Important information for installing and removing the blade
Steam cooking
1/ Unscrew the water reservoir knob.
1
2/ Use the opening to fill the water tank with the amount of water specified in the cooking guide
on page 27.
2
We would advise you to measure the water using the cooking bowl, which
is marked with levels 1-3, and then transfer the necessary amount of water into the tank. The
window marked with levels "1 to max", located below the tank's stopper, allows you to see
how much water you have added to the tank. Always wipe away excess water (water that has
overflown or liquid poured accidentally onto the sides of the unit) before plugging in the unit.
To reduce the formation of limescale deposits on the bottom of the reservoir, we recommend
using slightly mineralised water for cooking. This residue does not interfere with the proper
functioning of the device.
3/ Screw down the water reservoir plug so that the coloured oval on the plug lines up with the
mark on top of the steamer/blender.
3
4/ Before removing the lid from the bowl: remove the complete bowl from the motor section by
pulling the handle towards you. Lift the bowl from the motor section using the handle
4
. Hold
the bowl in your left hand using the handle. Then turn the lid clockwise with your finger, as far as
the stop in order to release the lock
5
. Lift the lid to remove it.
5/ Cut the food into small cubes.
