Is the number or the
name of the caller not
displayed?
Make sure that your smartWATCH is connected to your
mobile phone. Also check the Bluetooth
®
settings and
establish a connection again if necessary.
Is the quality of speech
poor during calls?
The distance between your smartphone and smartWATCH
should be as small as possible. Please also check the
reception of your smartphone.
Can the smartWATCH not
be charged up?
Please make sure that the pogo pins / spring contacts on
your smartWATCH and the charging cradle are not dirty
and clean them if necessary.
