Se il toroide è posto a monte del manicotto terminale del cavo
armato, per cui esso è attraversato unicamente dai conduttori
attivi, il collegamento di protezione a terra del manicotto non
deve attraversare il trasformatore toroidale.
In caso d'impiego del trasformatore toroidale di tipo apribile,
occorre accertarsi, prima di richiuderlo, che le superfici di contat-
to del nucleo siano perfettamente pulite. Il serraggio delle viti di
accoppiamento deve essere eseguito alternativamente a più ripre-
se, in modo da ottenere un accoppiamento equilibrato.
TARATURA
La taratura dei dispositivi RMT/8D riguarda le seguenti
predisposizioni:
- soglia d'intervento relativa alla corrente residua I
∆
,
- tempo d'intervento,
- modalità di ripristino.
La soglia d'intervento può essere regolata in modo continuo su
tre intervalli selezionabili mediante gli appositi microinterruttori,
predisposti come sotto indicato.
If the transformer is installed upstream the armoured cable
gland, it is passed through only by the live conductor, then the
earthing conductor of the gland should not pass through the
transformer.
When using the open core ring type transformer, make sure,
before assembling, that the contact surface of the core be perfectly
clean. Tighting of the coupling bolts should be performed alter-
natively several times, to assure a well balanced coupling.
SETTING
The setting of the devices RMT/8D refers to the following
characteristics:
- operation threshold of residual current I
∆
,
- operation time,
- reset mode.
The operation threshold can be continuously adjusted over
three ranges, selected by means of suitable microswitches, as
indicated below.
The operation time can be continuously adjusted over two
ranges, selected by means of a suitable microswitch, as indicated
below.
The final contact and LED indicator reset is done according to
two different modes, selected by means of the relevant microswitch.
With the position M the reset is accomplished by pushing the front
button RESET, upon the condition that input current has gone
under the resetting threshold. With the position A the reset is
accomplished automatically, as the input current goes under the
resetting threshold.
Il tempo d'intervento può essere regolato in modo continuo su
due intervalli selezionabili mediante l'apposito microinterruttore,
come sotto indicato.
Il ripristino del contatto finale e della segnalazione a LED
avviene secondo due diverse modalità, selezionate mediante
l'apposito microinterruttore. Nella posizione M il ripristino av-
viene premendo il pulsante frontale RESET, purchè il segnale
d'entrata sia sceso sotto il valore di ripristino; nella posizione A
il ripristino avviene automaticamente, non appena il segnale
d'entrata sia sceso sotto il valore di ripristino.
