SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Batteries:
• Batteries are parts whose life cycle depends on handling. If no failure is reported
within 3 months after receipt of the equipment, the battery will be considered to be
functioning properly. Failure to comply with these regulations will lead to the loss of
guarantee.
• Please note the following:
• Fully charge the battery every three months.
• Do not work with the device at less than 20% battery as it may damage the battery.
The device will not come under warranty if it is detected that the battery is at 0%
charge.
• The LED indicator on the front of the tablet should blink during charging. If not, it is
due to a battery failure.
• Before working in negative temperatures, make sure the battery is 85% charged or
higher.
• In negative temperatures do not work with the equipment with a load below 60%.
• The battery charge temperature is 0ºC to 40ºC.
• The storage temperature of the battery is between 0ºC and 25ºC. Charge the battery
(or equipment) before storing it.
• Avoid exposing the device or battery to high temperatures.
• Do not overcharge the battery. The full charge is indicated when the indicator LED
stops flashing.
• Do not expose the battery to mechanical stress.
• Do not damage the batteries with sharp or pointed objects.
•
Do not throw batteries into fire - they may explode.
• Do not throw liquids on the batteries.
• Avoid short-circuiting the batteries, as it can lead to overheating and ignition of the
battery.
• If liquid comes out of the battery and comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse
immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
• Incorrect battery replacement may cause a risk of explosion.
• Replace the battery only with the same or equivalent recommended by the manufac-
turer.
