INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Lift up the motorcycle on the rear frame end till the wheel lost contact to the floor. Make sure the
motorcycle is secure and there is no danger of it falling or rolling!
Remove the seats and disconnect the plug socket to rear lightening. Remove the fender and struts.
Cut and grind the pads sideways of the frame (see arrows below) away to get a flat area here. Paint
these areas for rust protection.
Remove the battery, remove the complete plastic battery bracket and install the battery again.
Push the ECM vertical between the battery and the rear dirt catcher. Relocate the wiring in a way that
the cables won
’
t get damaged.
Position the fender from above to the frame and fix it with the lens head screws aluminum washers.
Place the 16 washers between frame and fender for lateral orientation to rear wheel.
