BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging material.
- We recommend cleaning the removable parts in soapy water with a soft cloth.
- Rinse and dry carefully.
- Make sure that no water remains in the tank, they could cause oil splashes. - Mount all the
parts again.
- Your fryer is ready.
Mounting Protection System.
- This appliance is equipped with an automatic shut-off device which guarantees that the
resistance can only work when the unit is correctly placed in the fryer.
FILLING THE TANK
- Never exceed the maximum level of the fryer indicated on the wall of the tank.
- Same, never use the fryer with little oil below the "minimum" signal.
- Use a recommended oil for frying.
- Never mix different types of oil.
- Never use other types of oils other than frying food, as there could be risk of fire, smoke or
overflow.
