WARNING: Ensure that you DO NOT overfill the basket more than 2/3 full with food. If
the basket is overfilled the oil may split out of the deep fryer and damage the exterior
of the deep fryer.

Once the indicator light turns OFF the deep fryer is ready to use.

Place the filled frying basket in the removable bowl.

Begin timing.
NOTE: During the first few minutes of deep-frying it is normal for steam to appear on
the viewing window. This will slowly disappear during the cooking if the window is kept
clean.
WARNING: It is normal for steam to escape from the cover vents during frying. To
prevent steam burns kept hands and face well away from the vents.
When frying time has elapsed, lift the lid of the deep fryer. Raise the basket to
the draining position.
Check that the food is golden brown. If more cooking time is needed, lower the
basket into the oil and close the lid.
Remember uniform size pieces will cook more evenly.
At his point the basket will be very hot, to avoid getting burnt only use the
handle to carry the basket.
Once food is done carefully raise the basket to the draining position. Allow the
excess oil to drain by resting the basket in the horizontal position until excess
oil is drained.
Carefully lift the basket out the fryer. Then empty the food onto absorbent
paper.
CAUTION: DO NOT SHAKE the basket to remove excess oil from cooked food. Simple
raise the basket and allow to rest and the excess oil to drain. This will avoid HOT oil being
spattered and food spilling from the basket.
If frying additional food, close the lid and wait for indicator light turn off. Then
repeat steps.
Once cooking is complete turn the deep fryer OFF and disconnect from the
power supply.
Now you can enjoy.
CARE AND CLEANING
UNPLUG the power cord from the power supply and allow oil and deep fryer to
completely cool.
