A.
To lower the cargo bag; open the quick releases
from both sides of the back frame and pull down on
the cargo bag. Close the quick releases back up to
keep the cargo bag in place. (See image 1)
B.
To raise the cargo bag; loosen the quick releases
from both sides of the back frame and pull up on
the cargo bag. Tighten the quick releases back up
to keep the cargo bag in place. (See image 2)
