Common problems and solutions
Symptoms Possible causes Solutions
The shutter only moves in one
direction.
• The end stops are not
correctly configured.
• The wiring from the motor to
the management module is
incorrect.
• Reconfigure the end stops.
• Check the wiring between the
motor and the management
module.
The shutter does not move or
moves slowly.
• Incorrect wiring
• The thermal safety mechanism
is engaged.
• The force sensor is engaged.
• Check the wiring.
• Wait 15 minutes to give the
thermal safety mechanism time
to cool down and disengage.
• Identify the blockage and
remove it.
The shutter raises when it
should lower.
Invert raising/lowering on the
management module. Press briefly on the pairing button
on the management module.
The shutter makes a regular
cracking noise when it moves.
The tube around which the
shutter is rolled is too long or
installed too tightly. • Check how the motor is
mounted in the shutter and
how the shutter itself is
mounted.
