Congratulations on your recent purchase of a new Thomsen Model T-29 Ice Edger. The Ice Cat
is built on the popular T-18 frame and represents more than 30 years of improvements based on
responses to customer needs. Being battery powered, it will improve your arena’s air quality
with safe, pollution free edging.
The industrial-grade motor delivers power and performance. Its two 12 volt batteries give
ample energy for a full, daily maintenance program.
The recharger automatically fills the batteries overnight so the T-29 is ready in the morning.
With a blade designed to cut a 17 ¾ inch path, the T-29 edger enables precision leveling of
the ice.
A stable four wheel design makes the T-29 edger easy to maneuver on and off the ice.
Its four wheels are synchronistically adjusted to raise and lower the frame for a consistently
level cutting plane.
Its easy height adjustment and quick-change ice cutting carbide blades simplify everyday
operations and routine maintenance.
