1.
Insert the cross nuts (M) in the rails (C), (D), (F), & (G)
as indicated in
Figure IA
. Align the hole in the edge of
the cross nuts with the screw hole in the end of the rail
when inserting. If necessary, use a Phillips head screw
driver to turn improve the alignment of the holes once
the cross nut is inserted. Insert the wooden dowels (L)
into the end of the rails (C), (D), (F), (G), & (H) and seat
frame (E).Then install the doweled rails and seat frame
into the side frame (A) as indicated in
Figure 1.

Insert dowels (L) in the dowel holes in the top of the
rails (C), (D), (F), (G), & (H) and seat frame (E). Align the
dowel holes on the bottom/inside of side frame (B) with
the dowels that were inserted in the rails and seat frame
and install the side frame (B). Attach side frame (B) by
screwing the F-screws (A) into the pre-bored screw
holes in the end of the rails.Tighten with the Allen key
(K). See
Figure 2.

Screw the adjustable leveling glides into the bottom of
the legs. See
Figure 4.
Re-check all screws for tightness.

Carefully turn the bar stool
over in the upright position
so that side frame (A) remains
in contact with the rails and
seat frame. Attach side frame
(A) by screwing the F-screws
(J) into the pre-bored screw
holes in the ends of the rails.
Tighten with the Allen
key (K). Attach the
top back rail (I) by
inserting the wood
screws (N) through
the holes in the back
of the side frames
and into the pre-
bored pilot holes in
the top back rail.
Tighten using a # 2
Phillips head screw
driver. See
Figure 3.
