ThevoFlex is not suitable for the prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers. This requires the use of either

Warranty conditions
The company Thomashilfen takes full responsibility for the quality of the product supplied. The highest production
standards are used in the selection and processing of materials. All ThevoFlex mattresses are subjected to a thorough
final inspection. Thomashilfen offers you a warranty of 24 months. Please retain all relevant ThevoFlex receipts. The
warranty covers all claims arising from manufacturing or material defects that affect product function. Damage arising
from inappropriate use and natural wear and tear is excluded.
Important hint:
ThevoFlex is autoclavable and may be re-used. ThevoFlex should be cleaned and disinfected
using one of the cleaning methods stated on page 7 with every change of user. Servicing by the manufacturer
is not necessary.
