The appliance will not start
• Are the power cord, plug and socket intact?
• Before checking, unplug the power cord; have all repairs carried
out by authorised specialists
• Is the appliance switched on?

Dust comes out of the appliance
during vacuuming
• Is the aqua filter system fitted as described in the user manual?
• Is there enough water in the waste water tank?

Suction power gradually decreases
• Is the special hygiene filter clogged?

Clean the special
hygiene filter
• Are the nozzles, suction pipe or hose blocked by coarse dirt?
➔
Stretch the hose during operation to loosen the blockage;
remove the blockage
• Is the housing cover properly shut?
➔
Check
Suction power is too low
• Is the ejector in the suction port clogged?
➔
Disassemble and
clean or rinse out with water
• Is the special hygiene filter clogged?

Clean the special
hygiene filter
• Are the nozzles, suction pipe or hose blocked by coarse dirt?

Disassemble and clean
• Is the electronic suction power control set to MIN?

Set the suction power to MAX
• Is the mechanical suction power control on the handle open?

• Is the waste water tank full (float switch triggered)?

Empty it
• Have you tilted or suddenly turned the appliance (float switch
triggered)?

Make sure the appliance is level and switch it
on again.
Water comes out of the exhaust
openings
• Is the float in the waste water tank dirty and stuck, which
means it can no longer respond when the tank is full?

Clean the float and the tank
An excessive pool of water collects
in the suction chamber (a few drops
are considered normal)
• Are the gaskets and seal faces heavily soiled?
➔
Clean them
• Did you forget to put in the wet vacuuming insert?
➔
