OPERATING PRINCIPLES
- Connect the deboxer to the compressor: a pressure regulator is attached to the deboxer, and
a 5 m hose with thread is provided to fit any compressor.
- The deboxer can be connected directly to a compressor or to an internal compressed air
circuit.
- Start the compressor and allow it to pressurize: the minimum pressure required is 5 bar.
- Place a super on the deboxer support.
- Scrape the heads of the frames to remove the propolis and any wax bridges. Without this
operation, the loading of the uncapping machine is more difficult.
- Position the super against the bumpers.
- Press the pedal.
- Keep the pedal down until the frames are out of the super and pass over the loader's hinged
flaps.
- Release the pedal to let the frames rest on the flaps, and the super will come down
