1.1 Dino Battery Installation

The 3xAA batteries (supplied) for the Dino are already in the battery compartment. Remove
the plastic tab and it will be ready to go.
●
If you find the Dinosaur is not working once the tab is removed and the Dinosaur is on
please check to see if the batteries are in place correctly as they may have become loose in
transport.
●
To replace the batteries. Turn the Dino over so that you can gain access to the underside of
the Dino.
●
Making sure that the Power switch is in the OFF position, remove the screw from the battery
cover and remove the battery compartment cover.
●
Insert 3x AA batteries into the battery compartment observing the correct polarity as
indicated.
●
Re-fit the battery cover and secure with the screw.
(Warning - Remove the batteries if the Dino is not going to be used for a long time.)
1.2 Dino Battery Safety
1. Please do not try and recharge batteries always replace them.
2. Incorrect use of batteries may cause damage, so please pay attention to the following:

Do not install batteries with opposite polarity.
●
When not in use, please switch to ‘OFF’ position and if the Dino is not going to be used
for a long time, please remove the batteries to avoid corrosion.
●
Do not mix old and new batteries.
●
Please replace exhausted batteries as soon as possible.
●
Keep batteries away from children.
●
Do not place batteries near fires or expose them to strong sunlight or damp conditions.
●
Please dispose of batteries carefully.
3. Careful with small parts, do not eat.
4. Do not place near fire, high temperature or damp conditions.
