Safety Precaution
• The maximum load for the wheelchair is 300 lbs/136 kg, this
includes the rider and any articles he/she may be carrying.
• Drive the wheelchair on smooth ground, and avoid obstacles.
Failure to do so may cause the wheelchair to overturn.
•
Do not
use the wheelchair on stairs or escalators.
•
Do not
use the wheelchair as a seat in a motor vehicle, unless
the motor vehicle is equipped with certified equipment to hold
and support the wheelchair.
•
Do not
stand on the footrests, standing on the footrest could
cause the wheelchair to overturn.
Maintenance
• Check if there are loose bolts before operation and/or within
the first month of operation. Tighten loose bolts immediately.
• Check every three months during normal operation, to ensure
that all parts are in good condition.
• Check all nuts of the wheelchair (especially the fixing nuts on
the rear wheel axle). Adjust promptly, if loose. The connection
bolts on the wheelchair cross bars are designed to be loose - no
adjustments are necessary.
• Regularly check the movable parts and turning mechanism of the
wheelchair, and apply lubricant.
• Dry the wheelchair promptly if it gets wet.
• Regularly wipe the wheelchair with a soft cloth during normal
operation and apply antirust wax.
