Linearity of the UV Detector
The detector linearity is measured by injecting the different caffeine standards of the
OQ/PQ kit (P/N 16395) as presented in TABLE 3-5. The resulting peak height is used for
the calculation. An example of an injection (0.2
L) of a caffeine standard of 20 µg/mL
onto a Nano UltiMate system is shown in FIGURE 4-7.
