Calibrant Reservoir Kit



To replace the calibrant reservoir kit, which consists of the calibrant reservoir and its
cover

1. Shut down your system by following the steps in

“Shutting Down the TSQ 9000 System”

page 127

2. Unscrew the hydrogen safety screw.

3. Open the front door of the TSQ 9000 instrument.

4. Twist the calibrant reservoir cover counter-clockwise and remove it from the calibration

gas module.

Note

You do not have to remove the ion source cartridge or column or vent the

instrument. If you are using hydrogen as a carrier gas, power off the GC.
