If a 6-Position Cell Holder is installed, press the cell position buttons to reposition the cell
holder and measure the rest of the standards manually.
When all of the standards have been measured, the Standards screen (see
) shows the absorbance of each standard, along with the
slope, intercept and correlation coefficient of the standard curve.

Measuring Samples
To measure samples automatically using the calibration curve (using Auto 6 or
Auto 3)

2. Install the blank and samples.
3. Press

The Standard Curve screen shows the absorbance and concentration of each sample.
To switch between tabular and graphical displays, press
View Graph/Tabular
