Replace the Cover
TOOLS NEEDED
Before you begin, you will need the following:
l
7/64 hex key
l
3/32 hex key

To replace the spectrometer cover
1. Turn off the spectrometer.
a. To turn off the spectrometer, press the power button.
b. Unplug the power cord.
c. Turn off the purge, if applicable, and disconnect the purge line to the instrument.
2. Remove the crystal plate.
a. Remove the dust cover from the crystal.
b. Completely loosen the three screws holding the crystal plate to the instrument.
