8.3 Adjustments
8.3.1 Magnet Movement Adjustment
•
Use “Flexmagn.key” in this adjustment
- Load “Flexmagn.key”
- Select “m load”
- Insert magnet head to magnet holder
- Insert tip comb in tip comb holder and keep it in place
- Select “m up”
- Select “m bottom” (Magnetic rods as close as possible from tip comb bottom. Tip comb
must move a little when magnetic rods come down to bottom.)
- If magnetic rods stay too high select “mag off down” --> Select “m up” --> Select
“m bottom”
- If magnetic rods stay too low select “mag off up” --> Select “m up” --> Select
“m bottom”
- Repeat adjustment procedure until adjustment is ready.
8.3.2 Lever Turner Adjustment
•
Use “Flexmagn.key” in this adjustment
•
Select “m load” to drop tip comb
•
Select “m strip”
•
Loosen fixing screws of lever turner
•
Adjust lever turners so that they are contacting bearings. See Figure 8-3 on page 8-8.
