Receiving Requirements
When you receive the ISQ EC or ISQ EM system:
1)
Inspect the boxes for damage when the instrument arrives. Our
instruments are shipped by electronic equipment carriers who specialize
in the handling of delicate equipment. Occasionally, however, equipment
is inadvertently damaged in transit. If you notice evidence of external
damage, do not refuse shipment. Instead, call Customer Service.
2)
Once you are finished inspecting your shipment, move the cartons to a
protected location, preferably the installation site. Leave the boxes as
complete as possible and do not unpack or open the boxes without a
Thermo Fisher Scientific Service Representative present. Doing
otherwise may void your warranty or order.
