Maintaning Gas Sampling Valve

The Gas Sampling Valve is normally be serviced by authorized technical
personnel.

User could be required to install/replace the sampling loop. To perform this
operation, please refer to the following operating sequence.

OPERATING SEQUENCE

How to Install/Replace the Loop of an Automatic Valve

WARNING! Before starting the FOCUS GC MUST BE SWITCHED OFF.

Operate as follows:

Remove the FOCUS GC Top Cover

The top cover is fixed on the main unit with two front screws and two clips.

1. Open the GC oven door.

2. Unscrew the two front screws, as shown in Figure 15-22, which remain on the

main unit.

3. Remove manually the top cover pulling it up from the front, the two clips will

be automatically unlocked.
