Replacing the Foreline Pressure Gauge and Foreline Adapter
To replace the foreline pressure gauge and foreline adapter, you will need:
• Foreline Pressure Gauge and Foreline Adapter (PN 119259-0002 for 250 L/s and
split-flow turbomolecular pump systems or PN 119259-0003 for 70 L/s turbomolecular
pump systems)
• Lint-free paper
• Screwdriver, flat blade
• Wrench, adjustable
1. Cover the work area with a lint-free cloth.
2. Shut down and vent the DSQ II, as described in
"Shutting Down the GC/MS System"
.
3. Remove the right cover, as described in "
Removing the Right Cover" on page 27
.
4. Remove the foreline pressure gauge and foreline adapter.
