This error occurs when the needle is jammed or there is excessive
backpressure.
To troubleshoot:
1. Press the
Carousel Release
button to release the carousel and raise the
needle. If the needle does not raise automatically, manually raise the
needle (see
Section 5.4 ).
2. Check for blockages.
3. Check for excessive backpressure (see Section 4.7 ).
4. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support for Dionex products for
assistance.
This error occurs when there is insufficient liquid in the vial to deliver the
requested volume.
To troubleshoot:
Add more sample to the vial or select a smaller volume in Chromeleon (see
Section 3.8.7 ).
This error occurs when the carousel is blocked or the sample head is jammed.
To troubleshoot:
1. Remove the carousel (see Section 5.2 ) and examine for blockages.
2. If the problem persists, replace the sampling tip (see Section 5.3 ).
3. If the problem continues, contact Technical Support for Dionex products
for assistance.
Needle is jammed.
Not enough volume to deliver.
Sample needle failed to reach destination.
