Error Messages
Error messages appear in pop-up windows or on the RI Status page. Possible error messages
include, but are not limited to, those listed in
. If the symptom persists,
call your Thermo Fisher Scientific field service engineer for assistance.
Power LED is off
No power
Check the fuse, line voltage, power cord, and so on.
Comm LED is amber
No communications with data
system computer
Check the Ethernet connections and restart the
software. Check the module configuration in the
software.
Run LED is blinking
amber
An error while performing a run
Refer to the software to determine the nature of the
error, or begin the run again.
Temp LED is amber
Unstable temperature
Wait for the temperature to stabilize. If the
temperature does not stabilize in 30 minutes, call
your Thermo Fisher Scientific field service engineer
for assistance.
