Accela 600 and 1250 Pump Hardware Manual

Xcalibur Instrument Configuration

If you are controlling the Accela pump from a 2.0.7 version of the Xcalibur data system, use
the Xcalibur Instrument Configuration application to add the pump to the instrument
configuration.



To add one or two Accela pumps to the Xcalibur instrument configuration

1. If the Xcalibur data system is open, close it.

2. Connect the pump or pumps to the data system computer.

3. Turn on pump 1 by pressing its power switch. If you have a dual-pump system, turn off

pump 2.

4. For Xcalibur versions earlier than 2.1, from the computer desktop, choose

Start > All

Programs > Xcalibur > Instrument Configuration

The Instrument Configuration window appears (see

Figure 60
