Ozonator Capillary Replacement (Ozonator option)

• Check the ends of the capillary for an obvious obstruction and
remove the obstruction.
• Clear any internal blockage using an appropriate wire for the
particular capillary. Refer to
Table 5-1 .
• If a restriction cannot be cleared, replace the capillary. Refer to the
appropriate capillary replacement procedure that follows.
Refer to “Component Layout” on page 7-8 to locate these capillaries within
the instrument. If you need the capillary part number, refer to the
“Replacement Parts List” on page 7-5 .

Use the following procedure to replace the ozonator capillary ( Figure 5-2 ).
Equipment Required:
Ozonator capillary
1. Turn instrument OFF, unplug the power cord, and remove the cover.
2. Unscrew the knurled fitting, separate the components, and remove the
capillary ( Figure 5-2 ).

Equipment Damage
Some internal components can be damaged by small
amounts of static electricity. A properly grounded antistatic wrist strap must
be worn while handling any internal component.
