This bench comes assembled but must be adjusted for individual use.
Adjust the height of the straddle bench:
Remove the knobs, place the bolts through the
desired pair of holes on the curved / rectangular
pieces with the curved side down, and replace the
knobs.
Tighten all knobs securely before using.
Adjust the height of the stationary bench:
Remove the knobs, place the bolts through
the desired pair of holes on the curved /
rectangular pieces with the flat side down,
and replace the knobs.
Tighten all knobs securely before using.
