Getting started
1.
Place the device on clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, eyeglasses, and contact lenses
prior to SmartGoggles use.
2.
Place SmartGoggles on your head and adjust the strap. The Therabody SmartGoggles
should perfectly align with your temples and sit comfortably on your nose bridge. The
heart rate sensor should maintain contact with your cheekbone.
3.
Keep your eyes closed during the treatment. Avoid frequent movement during
treatment as it may impact heart rate tracking.Long

Long Press the Power Button to switch ON SmartGoggles.
5.
Short Press the Power Button to toggle through the different modes, SmartRelax, Focus,
and Sleep.
