TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
SOLUTION PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Insert the power plug into the AC outlet. No power when the unit is on.
No power plug connection at the
AC outlet.
Check the outlet with a working lamp or
other electrical appliance.
No power when plugged in. The AC outlet may not have power.
No sound from TV/PA.
Turn up the volume at TV/PA system.
Volume control on TV set/PA
system is set to minimum.
Turn on the power at TV/PA system. TV set/PA system power is OFF.
Select the correct function. The wrong function is selected.
Press Muting button again. Muting button is pressed.
Select the correct vocal or audio setting.
The vocal or audio setting is not
correct.

Turn up the volume. No sound. Volume control is set to minimum.
Ensure white and red patch cords are
securely inserted into both The Singing
Machine and the TV/PA system.
Patch cords are not connected

Insert disc correctly.
Wipe clean with soft cloth.
