Measure the distance from the top of
the Underframe to the underside of
the Header Bar on both sides.
Door Side (D) =
Panel Side (P) =
Tape one of the the Wall Profiles and
the Wall Profile Cover together using
masking tape. Mark these Profiles to
the Door Side distance. Mark the other
Wall Profile to the Panel Side distance.
Cut the Profiles using a Chop Saw. Use
a fine file to remove any burrs. Be
careful not to damage the channel
finish.
Use the Nylon Block to locate the
bottom corner.
Ensure the inside face of Wall Profile is
level with inside face of Header Bar.
Mark the positions of the drilling holes.
Remove the Wall Profiles and drill holes
with a 6mm high quality drill bit for a
clean and precise hole.

Professional Tip
If drilling ceramic tiles, place
masking tape on the tiles before
marking and drill through the
tape to prevent the drill bit from
skidding.
DO NOT use Hammer Action as
this will break the tiles.
