Place the fi le on the cutter at a 30 degree angle as illustrated and push
forward. The fi le only sharpens on the forward stroke - lift the fi le off of
the cutter on the back stroke. Keep the fi le position as illustrated and
avoid touching the tie straps and links with the fi le.
