SET UP & PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
STEP 1
•
Insert the wheel shafts into the grooves
provided in the machine base, secure with
two M6x8 bolts.
•
Tighten
•
Put the wheels on the wheel shaft,
followed by the washers.
•
Secure the wheels with the cotter pins, by
placing both legs through the hole in the
axle.
•
Split the legs and bend around the axle
shaft.
•
Finally attach the wheel caps.
STEP 2
•
Place the Extra-Large Washer onto the
machine, lining up the fixing holes.
•
Place the Control Lever & Guard Assembly,
onto the Extra-Large Washer, making sure
the Control Lever goes into the slot in the
Connection Bracket.
•
Fasten the Control Lever & Guard Assembly
to the machine the M10x30 bolt being
placed downwards through the fixing whole
of the Guard Assembly, Extra Large Washer
and machine.
•
Secure with the Small & Medium Washers
and nut as shown.
•
Repeat these steps to install second
assembly.
STEP 3
•
The support table has 3 positions for
different splitting lengths.
•
At every installation position, Lock Down
Hooks (D) are available. Insert the Support
Table into the selected Brackets (E).
•
Turn the Lock Down Hooks (D) on both
sides by 90 degrees to lock the Support
Table down.
